Joshua D. Bagwell, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Architect

Joshua joined Walker Concepts in 2007 to primarily focus on the firm’s commercial, public, and sustainable projects, but his diverse knowledge has allowed him to design and manage buildings of all kinds and sizes.

Joshua has over 13 years’ experience designing and detailing everything from small, single-family residences to large, urban mid-rises.  He has worked extensively with both public and private clients and has experience with a multitude of construction types.

Working in and around the Charleston area has also afforded him wide-ranging experience dealing with historic structures; working within tight urban sites; navigating a rigorous design review process and understanding seismic, high-wind, flood prone and poor soil areas.

In addition to being a capable designer and detailer, Josh is also proficient at 3D modeling, BIM, architectural rendering, and graphics.
